[New-ITS] UML datatypes issues

Graham,

Just wondering whether anyone had raised the possibility of versioning
the complex types in Datatypes.xsd (e.g. ED_1_0). We have had some
issues around Datatypes changing from CfH between MIMs and wondered if
it had been considered.
